Professional Experience

Hudson Cook, LLP, April 2012 to present.

Justin is a partner in the firm’s Tennessee office. He focuses his practice on federal and state regulatory compliance for consumer lenders. He is a frequent presenter to industry groups including CFSA, FiSCA, Online Lenders Alliance, and the Payday Bar Association. He has been named in Mid-South Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in banking law, and is AV rated by Martindale Hubbell.

Before joining Hudson Cook, Justin was a shareholder at Chambliss, Bahner, and Stophel, where he started as an associate in 2003.
